Capiz in one of the province in Panay Island located at Western Visayas, it consist of different Municipality. One of these town is the Pontevedra the town between the municipality of Panit-an and Panay(the place of the Sta. Monica Cathedral one of the oldest church in the Philippines built during the Spanish era in the Philippines, it is said it posses the one of the biggest bell in asia) but what makes Pontevedra well known is not about the products it produced but its all about a certain resort named Villa Consorcia Resort and Restaurant established in the year 1998, the said resort ages over a decade it is only popular in the Philippines but also all over the world.
